The project began in 2019, where several of the switchboards were already dispatched. The remaining units were under production when the COVID-19 pandemic interrupted operations across the city.
Because the project was indefinitely shelved, equipment in the factories was disassembled, and on-site equipment sat idle for years. For nearly three years, the project’s status was uncertain.
The project resumed following the pandemic. East Coast Power Systems was then asked to complete the outstanding work under a severely tightened timeline. The customer required an electrical equipment firm that could act quickly without sacrificing safety standards and performance.

With only eight weeks available and no time for a standard approval drawing procedure, internal departments coordinated to have real-time communication, material readiness, and production flow.
We recalled the delivered switchgear back to the factory for refurbishment, and the remaining switchboards and load centers were constructed and shipped according to schedule.
